That was a wake-up call. I realized how badly I had been treating myself. My transformation began at that moment…

What do I need to do to burn fat?

How long do I need to stay in this program?

How live classes work?

You won't miss anything since everything will be recorded and you will have access to it between 24-72h in the platform.
